Annual Meeting of the Friends of the Lewiston Public Library Thursday, May 14, 2026, 1:30 pm Lewiston Public Library, Callahan Hall 

After a short meeting to conduct the annual business of the Friends, all are welcome to hear from our featured guest: Rachel Ferrante The executive director of Maine MILL will speak about the museum’s exciting new home and the oral history unique to Lewiston-Auburn. 

Rachel brings more than a decade of museum experience and ties to the Lewiston community. Executive irector since September 2021, she oversees all aspects of the museum, including exhibitions and programming, fund-raising, finance, human resources, visitor services, communications and board development. 

Your donation is tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. The Friends also welcome gifts, legacy gifts or memorial donations. Proceeds from sales and donations fund library programs, special events, and purchases not covered by the annual budget.
